Aldi Mini-Roos Weekend

This weekend has been dedicated by Football Queensland as the Mini-roos Round to help promote and celebrate the Aldi Miniroos program.

This is an exciting time for our club where we have the opportunity to celebrate our wonderful Mini-roo coaches, managers and players.


This weekend our NPLW Opens match against Logan Lightning at 4:!5pm is the match of the round and will be Livestreamed via the Football Queensland Facebook Page. The match will feature our Mini-roo mascots walking their players out for kick-off as well as half time mini-matches.

The afternoon will kick off at 2:30pm with a “Thank You” drink & nibbles for Managers and Coaches, with a range of Mini-roo activities from 3pm.

Activities will include:

  • A boot swap table to either purchase, swap or donate second hand boots.

  • Craft activities for the kids to make a sign to support the NPLW game

  • Scavenger Hunt with prizes

  • Half time sausage sizzle - free for Mini-roo players (*ticket required)

  • Raffle

  • Jelly Bean guessing competition

  • Dedicated Sideline Space for Mini-roos Supporters


Not only will this be a fun afternoon but it is a great opportunity for our kids to support and get involved in a Senior game at the club.

Get along and support our Mini-roos program and our NPLW Open women as they look to consolidate their position at the top of the NPLW ladder.
