IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL CAPALABA FC MEMBERS

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

In accordance with the terms of our Constitution, notice is given of Capalaba Football Club Inc. Annual General Meeting.

 We encourage all members and interested parties to attend the AGM and have the opportunity to hear about our achievements of the last year as well a brief presentation on the vision for the Club for the coming years.

This is YOUR chance to be a part of YOUR Club and having a say in its future direction.

Time:                7:00pm

When:               Tuesday, 26th March 2019

Where:              Capalaba Bulldogs Clubhouse

 

All Committee positions will be declared vacant and nominations will be called for the following positions:

President

Secretary

Treasurer

Vice President

Senior Chair

Junior Chair

Women’s Chair

Communications Manager

Sponsorship Manager

Registrar

Business Manager

Facilities Manager

Fundraising Co-ordinator

Club Shop Co-ordinator

Football Chair

Please note: not all positions listed above are necessarily elected Committee positions, but positions that need to be filled to ensure the Club can operate as efficiently and effectively as possible and to reduce the workload across all members.

 

We seek interested members who are willing to devote some time and energy into driving their Club forward and making their Club the Club of choice for all football players, regardless of age, gender, ability or ambition.

 Position overviews are available for all listed positions and can be obtained, along with nomination forms, by contacting the Secretary by email secretary@capalababulldogs.com.
