Capalaba FC Men's Coaching Structure & SYL 2017

Capalaba FC are excited to announce its coaching structure for the Senior Men and Junior SYL for the 2017 Season.

SENIOR MEN

After a successful first season in charge, Geoff Hurford returns as the First Team Coach, looking to build on last year with some sound recruitment.

Terry Parle has been recruited as the Football Coordinator to oversee the development of the players and coaches, and to implement the Bulldog style of play throughout all the teams. He will also take on the responsibility of Coaching the Reserves and of the Goalkeeper Coach.

A club stalwart, Andy Coulson, takes the reigns of the Under 18's with the remit to develop those younger players in preparation for the two top teams.

Capalaba FC is currently working on the structure for the Senior Women and Junior Girls, and will be announcing the way forward shortly.

In 2017, for the Seniors, we will be looking at having BWPL, BWPL Reserves, City 1, 3 & 4 and Legends.

To support player development, we will be looking at fielding teams from U12 - U16's at the highest level which aligns with the players capabilities.

U16 SYL Coach

Current First Team player Tim Dunn is looking forward to the challenge of a new group of players.

U14 SYL Coach

Johnny Devaney takes the lead with this group and is keen to develop his coaching knowledge.

U13 SYL Coach

An experienced coach of younger players, Mark Curran is looking forward to the challenge of coaching in the Game Training Phase of the Curriculum.
